El plástico es para el ambiente lo que Freddy Krueger era para nosotros de niños (o es la conclusión a la que he llegado). Pero hay una buena noticia: existen ya opciones biodegradables y compostables (¡yupi!). Lo que inevitablemente me llevó a preguntarme "¿Qué hago con todo el plástico que ya tengo?" Como los tapers, bowls, contenedores, tazas, tomatodos y el largo etcétera que seguro much@s tenemos en casa. ¿Simplemente los boto y los reemplazo por lo nuevo? Plastic is to the environment what Freddy Krueger was to us when we were little (or that's my conclusion). But there are good news! There are some biodegradable and compostable options now (¡yay!) So, inevitably, I had to ask myself... "What do I do with all the plastic I already got?" Like bowls, containers, cups, spoons, *insert large list here*, which I'm pretty sure we all got at home. Should I just get rid of it all and start from scratch? Well... I wish it was that simple. Welcome to our first episode!
