Hoy vengo con un episodio un tanto diferente, una mezcla de "let's get real" acompañada de una dosis de cero juicios. Porque... ¡qué difícil es a veces! Nos cuestionan y nos autocuestionamos constantemente. Y a veces es más sencillo colocarse una máscara para evitar el juicio que admitir que no somos perfectos. Que hay cambios que aun no estamos dispuestos a hacer o que no podemos o se nos hacen un mundo. Y quiero que sepas que está bien. No estás sol@. Entonces, seamos honestos, ¿qué cambios te cuestan? Yo empiezo.  
Today's episode is a bit different, a mix of "let's get real" with a dose of zero judgment. Because... how hard it is sometimes! We are questioned and we question ourselves constantly. Sometimes it can feel like every decision, every action is under scrutiny. And it can be easier to put on a mask to avoid that judgment than to admit that we are not perfect. That there are changes that we are not willing to make yet or that we can't or we haven't found our way to it. And I want you to know it is okay. You aren't alone. So, let's be honest.
