First of all, my apologies about my thick Spanish accent, but it´s been a while since I don’t speak in English, and that´s not going to stop me to keep communicating with my English community, so here you go! This is a little gift for you guys,  that have been asking for a podcast in English. 
Thank you for all the love and the unconditional support! Thanks for teaching me the importance of communication, the meaning of words.  It doesn't matter how long it takes, how hard it is,  if you want to communicate, you will find the way to make it possible.

From where are you talking from? From your hearth or your mind? Are you saying what people want to listen or what you really think? 
Share what we have inside, not what others want you to say.
You can say whatever you want if you know how to say it.

Never be ashamed of what you say, be ashamed of what you want to say and you have never been  brave enough to communicate.
