Welcome to “Transforming Grief” a space where we will talk openly and from the heart about what we experience when facing loss.  I am Ligia Houben and I will talk to you not only on a professional level but also on a personal level, sharing my vulnerabilities as well as my strengths.  My purpose is to accompany you in your grief, validate it, and help you heal from the inside out.  We will also talk about how to live with meaning and purpose despite having experienced a great loss, and how to use tools that can help you transform your grief into personal and spiritual growth.
