In this episode of my podcast "Transforming Grief," I'm going to talk about the importance of acceptance in the grieving process. Acceptance is an action and a decision; it is a fundamental part of the path to healing.


When grieving, it's natural to deny the loss, feel anger or sadness, or even experience guilt. However, it is important to remember that these emotions are normal and fleeting. Over time, we can learn to accept the loss and move forward with our lives.


In my book "Transform Your Loss. Your Guide to Strength and Hope”
I share the methodology "The 11 Principles of Transformation.”The first principle is, "Accept Your Loss.”
Acceptance does not mean that we agree with the loss, nor that we stop missing our loved one. It simply means that we acknowledge the reality of the situation and commit to moving forward.
