We have, and it sucks!
We are done waiting,  it is 2020 and this is still happening?
Millennial Latinas with a college degree has grown by 70% in the last two decades. Surpassing male Latinos. Sorry not sorry! 
And More gen z Latinas are enrolling in college. So we are growing!
Can we have a Latina as the next Vice President? Pues claro!
 The Future Is Latina. Time To Be Phenomenally Unapologetic and support each other. 
WE got Kamala Harris in the white office, and like she said
“Yes, sister, sometimes we may be the only one that looks like us walking in that room, But the thing we all know is we never walk in those rooms alone — we are all in that room together.”

Irene Kelly and I had the honor of interviewing a brilliant mujer who is launching more and more Latinas into higher education and leadership roles..
She is phenomenally Christina Vanessa Rodriguez, Founder Of Latinas With Masters. Her Instagram platform is thriving and empowering Latinas to keep going no matter what.
She received her Master's Degree and that is launching her into soon being called Doctora Vanessa Rodriguez. She is Leveling up and bringing the whole community with her.
Inspired by her journey of being the only Latina in her program, her vision is to walk into rooms full of Latinas with their masters and their hoop earrings!
