The U.S. has always has had its hands in Latin America and the Caribbean. Now, Haiti, Cuba, Venezuela and other countries are in its sights. This year there are at least $20 million for support to "democratize" Cuba and bring business from the U.S. to that country.  Taxpayers are paying for these types of crimes and yet most don't know it.
