want to feel them, we do not know how to identify them or we do not know how to
handle them the best way. But, did you know that some of those emotions could be
contributing to your weight gain or weight loss failure? Yes!

episodes about 4 emotions that may be triggering the obsession with food or the emotional
eating that you may be experiencing, and that can provoke the scale to rise.

What is frustration?
When you might experience it?
What are some thoughts and behaviors you might have with this emotion?
How is that frustration causing the scale to rise or not going down?
What to do if this is something happening to you? How to handle that?
