Escuchar "Artificial Intelligence and Anticompetitive Behavior"
Síntesis del Episodio
Competition seeks to ensure that markets work efficiently, and this is achieved when companies compete on price, quality and innovation to attract customers or consumers. Moreover, due to the recent evolution of the generative AI, many other competition concerns have been raised by experts and competition authorities, such as exclusionary behaviour and anticompetitive mergers. In this panel we will explore the latest developments of competition law regarding AI.
