This week we had the pleasure of doing a special bilingual interview with Tony Beltran, former RSL player and current RSL Assistant GM. We asked him about recent events in the MLS transfer market and what that means. for both RSL and the league. We also ask about Everton Luiz' transfer to SK Beveren and Joni Menendez' loan to Velez, David Ochoa's situation and his recent instagram posts, and more! He taught us a little about how RSL's roster works and what they've been doing to make the most out of the roster confinements the team has. He also talks about the new ownership and how RSL is building relationships with David Blitzer's other clubs around the world.
We asked Mr. Beltran questions in Spanish, but he did not feel comfortable enough with his Spanish to respond with it, so he gave his answers in English. In this recording you will either hear him restating the question we asked to make sure he understood, or one of us will translate a question we asked in Spanish.
