This is a radio interview with Iosu Arrizabalaga, CEO of Factum, a veteran company in cybersecurity that now belongs to Banco Santander. Iosu recounts the history and evolution of Factum from its beginnings in 2009, when the focus was more on computer security, to the present day, highlighting how the cybersecurity landscape has changed. Current challenges for medium-sized businesses in cybersecurity are discussed, as well as the importance of awareness and culture, and the impact of artificial intelligence. Finally, Silum, a Factum service to help medium-sized businesses improve their cybersecurity, is presented, and the importance of data governance and the NIS 2 regulation is analyzed.
