On Sunday, December 16th, officers from Santa Rosa Police Department as  well as an ambulance and firefighters responded to a call for help. A  driver in a red corvette hit a horse and both the horse and its rider  suffered injuries. But for the horse, several adults and children would  have been seriously injured or worse. The rider and the horse are  receiving help.
