We will start assembling the rolls.
We put a slice of York ham, a slice of cheese on top and a sausage.
We will roll them up and prepare to coat them. The rolls will be battered for 5 minutes.
The rolls will be passed first by flour, then by egg and finally by breadcrumbs.
We put a pan with the oil, when it is hot we will fry the rolls.
We will put them on a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
